A constantly updated machine fleet and more than 50 years of know-how allow us to meet even the requests of the most demanding customers.
Our experience allows us to carry out machining starting from bar stock, fabricated structures, forgings, castings and pre-machined clad parts, up to a maximum weight of 30 tonnes.

Turning.
The turning department consists of 14 small and large machines, including:
4 parallel lathes (still widely used for centering castings and final reworking)
7 CNC horizontal lathes equipped with various steady rests and boring bars, capable of machining diameters from 30 mm on the smaller machines up to 2,000 mm and a length of 12,500 mm on the largest lathe
3 vertical lathes capable of reaching a turning diameter of 3,600 mm and a height of 2,000 mm

Boring/Milling.
There are 5 boring machines/3-axis milling centres, ranging from fairly modest sizes up to a maximum travel of 8,000 mm and 3,000 mm in height.

5-axis machines.
We also have 7 five-axis machines, allowing us to carry out turning and milling in the same setup, ensuring better geometric and dimensional tolerances and reducing lead times by managing the entire process on a single machine.
