The experience of our Production Managers and Machine Tool Operators, combined with the ingenuity of our Technical Department, allows us to tackle the most complex machining operations with innovative processes and offer customers customized solutions designed for their needs.

With over 50 years in the sector, our accumulated knowledge and technical expertise are our true strength. We also use a tailor-made management system that supports us throughout the production process and gives us access to information in real time.

We constantly invest in the purchase of latest-generation, high-quality machinery in order to guarantee the standards required by our customers.
Human resources
We strongly believe in the value of the people who work with us. Skilled, motivated and professionally trained people form a close-knit and dynamic team. We invest heavily in training and make sure everyone can express their potential at work. Outside the workplace, we enjoy creating shared moments to strengthen positive relationships, which we believe are essential for a calm and collaborative environment.
Culture of Quality
Achieving quality is our goal. Production checks, NDT testing (magnetic particle and liquid penetrant tests carried out by Level II qualified personnel), final visual/dimensional tests and customer-attended run-outs, supported by state-of-the-art inspection equipment: all this is aimed at delivering a product that meets the customer’s quality expectations. The QMS certification, obtained almost thirty years ago, is integrated into every aspect of our working methods, with the goal of continuous improvement and final customer satisfaction.
Sustainability
With constant attention to the environment, the company invested in renewable energy as early as 2008, installing 1,550 square metres of solar panels for a total of 300 kW: an innovative investment for its time, years ahead of today’s sustainability trends. The photovoltaic system was expanded in 2023 with a further 104 kW, confirming the company’s commitment and attention to green development.

Thanks to long-standing, well-established collaborations with our suppliers, we can satisfy customers who need a finished, turnkey product.
Local presence
We firmly believe that the social fabric in which our company operates is of fundamental importance. For this reason, we collaborate with local schools to allow students to learn about the world of work through internships and traineeships. We also support projects by sports clubs because we believe in the importance of sport and the commitment it requires. We collaborate with local organizations active in volunteering.
From 1974 to today
Our History.
2022
The year 2022 marked a significant turning point in the company’s history. Following a brief illness, Gianmario passed away unexpectedly, entrusting the leadership of the company to his children, Gabriele and Barbara, supported by the experience of their mother Claudia and their uncles Giuseppe and Santo Ezio.
His vision and values continue to drive the company forward, which today looks to the future with the same determination and passion upon which it was founded.
2020-2021
The long-awaited project for the construction of the new office headquarters became a reality. On the northern side of Building G, a new 400 m² office facility was developed over two floors, featuring modern office spaces and a welcoming meeting room.
The large forecourt in front of the building, partially enhanced by landscaped green areas, was also equipped with a dedicated company parking area.
In 2021, Ripamonti Gianmario & F.lli Snc ceased operations. Ripamonti Meccanica Srl inherited its workforce, customer portfolio, and machinery fleet, becoming the sole company within the group dedicated to precision machining activities.
2017-2019
With the acquisition of Building F, designated as a warehouse facility, and the construction of Building G, Ripamonti Meccanica expanded its production area to a total of 6,000 m², complemented by a 1,500 m² loading and unloading yard.
2016
Building E was constructed, providing new facilities for the automated tool warehouse, modern changing rooms, a staff canteen area, and an infirmary.
2005
Ripamonti Meccanica Srl, the second company within the group, was established and headquartered in the newly built Building D. The company operated alongside Ripamonti Gianmario & F.lli Snc, further strengthening the group’s manufacturing capabilities.
2002
A new production facility, Building C, was constructed to accommodate the company’s continuously growing need for additional operational space.
1996
A second production facility, Building B, was completed.
In the same year, Ripamonti Gianmario & F.lli Snc achieved a major milestone by obtaining ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification, a standard that has been continuously maintained and enhanced over the years.
1991
During the following years, the company expanded its machine fleet and specialized in the machining of complex components, primarily serving the combustion systems and power generation industries.
In the early 1990s, the need for larger premises led to the acquisition of the company’s first industrial facility, Building A, and the relocation of operations from Palazzago to Almenno San Bartolomeo.
1974-1977
Gianmario Ripamonti, founder and driving force behind Officine Ripamonti, entered the mechanical machining industry in 1974, starting his business as a sole proprietorship in the garage of his home in Palazzago.
Three years later, with the involvement of his brothers Giovanni, Santo Ezio, and Giuseppe, he established Ripamonti Gianmario & F.lli Snc, laying the foundations for what would become a well-established mechanical engineering company.
